Aggregate

The facility, established within an area of 15000 m2 totally including a closed area of 200 m2, has an aggregate production capacity of 250 tons/hour. Aggregates no. 0, 1, and 2 are produced and sold. Those aggregates are used as raw material in the concrete produced by our company and also some part may be sold upon demand.

Söke Aggregate Facility ensures production control and quality system within the scope of TS 706 EN 12620 standard.

The aggregates used as raw materials are controlled for compliance with the standards with samples taken throughout all the processes of production and stocking.

10. Volume Stability – Drying Shrinkage
The value of volume stability-drying shrinkage as specified in accordance with TS EN 1367-4 standard does not exceed 0,075%.
11. Alkali Silica Reactivity
The aggregates do not include reactive silica minerals that may cause alkali silica reactivity.
12.Petrographic Identification
Aggregates are obtained from limestone fields of Batısöke Söke Çimento Sanayii T.A.Ş under mine operating license located in Aydın, Söke, Şarlak Mevkii region. Its petrographic root is limestone.
13.Chloride Content
Chloride Ion Quantity in our aggregates is 0,0020%.
